Services
We may provide photography, visual production, editing, public relations research, public opinion polling, audience research, survey development, media intelligence and related professional services.
Project Agreements
Projects may be governed by a proposal, estimate, booking confirmation, statement of work, invoice or service agreement defining scope, deliverables, pricing, deposits, payment schedule, project dates, licensing, revisions, client responsibilities and authorized expenses.
Payment & Authorization
Clients agree to pay legitimate, authorized charges associated with their engagement. Client-related purchases or commitments will be made only where authorized under applicable project terms.
Photography & Research
Creative and research outcomes depend on project requirements, environmental conditions, participants, methodology, available information and other circumstances. Unless expressly agreed in writing, specific business, media, polling or commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
Ownership, licensing and usage rights for deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement and law. Flamingo Engraving Studio Inc retains rights in its pre-existing methodologies, systems, templates, branding and intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable project agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to applicable mandatory law.
